Mae’n hawdd deall pam y disgrifir Rhufain feI ‘amgueddfa awyr agored fwyaf y byd’. O’r eiliad y bydd teithwyr yn camu i mewn i brifddinas yr Eidal, maent yn cael eu mesmereiddio gan y gelfyddyd, ffasiwn, hanes a phensaernïaeth sydd ym mhob twll a chornel. Mae’n rhwydd darganfod y ddinas hon, gan fod pob cam yn ddarganfyddiad newydd.
Gyda chymaint i’w weld, y peth mwyaf anodd ei wneud yn Rhufain yw cymryd cam yn ôl, gan y gall ymwelwyr yn hawdd gael eu rhwydo i mewn i atyniad ar ôl atyniad. Yn lle hynny, anghofiwch yr atyniadau am ddiwrnod ac eisteddwch ar sgwâr, yn gwylio'r byd yn mynd heibio, a mwynhau tafell o bitsa Eidalaidd go iawn.
Arhoswch am ennyd a blaswch brydferthwch Rhufain, gan mai hyn fydd y pleser mwyaf oll.

Plan your tripEverything is in walking distance, so remember to bring a good pair of walking shoes.
Gan Paula PaddickA visit to the Vatican is well worth it, the Roman Forum, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are also a must-see. These can all be seen in one day, but the longer you have there the better!
Gan Paula PaddickAsk your hotel for recommendations for restaurants as they can usually direct you to the less touristy (and less expensive) restaurants
Gan Angharad YatesYou can get reduced price tickets for EU Citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 at some of the tourist sites
Gan Angharad YatesIf you are going to go to the Forum, Palatine Hill and the Colosseum then you can buy a combined ticket. Go to the Palatine Hill entrance ticket kiosk to buy the ticket and start here first, as the queues are far shorter, the kiosk at the Colosseum has by far the longest queues, and you can then queue jump at the Colosseum
Gan Angharad YatesRome wasn't built in a day but it can definitely be walked in a day. Just don't forget to wear some comfortable shoes, have a lot of gelato and stop every once in a while to take it all in.
