Today (27 March 2017) has seen Ryanair’s inaugural flight to Faro take off from Cardiff, marking the start of the airline’s busy summer season at Wales’ national airport.
This service will complement the existing service to the popular Canary Island of Tenerife, which operates weekly during the summer - and will also see Ryanair welcome 42,000 customers at Cardiff Airport this year.
From today, customers can on escape to the Portuguese sun with two flights a week on Monday and Friday with fares available from just £19.99 at www.ryanair.com.
Today’s announcement is sure to be welcomed by Welsh passengers looking to enjoy the stunning beaches, lively nightlife, world class golf courses and big wave surfing all accessible from Faro, the gateway to the Algarve.
